For installation of this camera, we recommend cutting a hole wherever you want to place the camera. You can also use an existing outlet hole, as long as you don't need the jack to actually function as a working electrical.

When you are ready to watch your recorded video, simply remove the SD card, and insert it into the card reader slot in your PC or Mac (or use an SD card reader).
